Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery items. All sales are final.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging and quality checking each item. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact gabjo1709@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist you, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the case of:

  • Faulty items
  • Incorrect items sent

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
