Thank you for shopping with Liloe.

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

Shipping Times

We ship using The Courier Guy.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities: 3–5 business days
• Regional and outlying areas: 4–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We offer FREE shipping on all South African orders over R500.

Order Tracking

If tracking information is available for your shipment, it will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us at gabyjo1709@gmail.com and we will work with The Courier Guy to investigate the issue.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will do our best to assist with a replacement or suitable resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Liloe cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.
